Jess is our Operations and Office Manager, guiding you from your very first call through to your final invoice. She’s your go-to person for any questions, and if she doesn’t already know the answer, she’ll find it for you. Over the past few years, Jess has completed her AQF2 and AQF3 in Horticulture, as well as her AQF3 in Arboriculture. She’s now on track to become a Level 5 Arborist by the end of 2026.
